The performance EV war in China continues to escalate. Xiaomi has officially announced two new factory options for its flagship track-focused EV, the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra: a new premium body color called Twilight Rose, and a highly functional 3-stage adjustable carbon fiber rear spoiler.

Twilight Rose: A New Standard of Paint Quality

Priced at ¥11,000 (approx. $1,500 USD), the new Twilight Rose colorway was inspired by a Damascus rose blooming at night. Xiaomi states it uses a highly precise mix of metallic powder, pearlescent flakes, and custom pigment paste to create a deep, shifting luster that changes depending on lighting conditions.

Real Aerodynamics: The 3-Stage Carbon Spoiler

For track enthusiasts, the new carbon fiber rear spoiler is the main event. Priced at ¥12,000 (approx. $1,650 USD), it is not just cosmetic — it is fully functional and adjustable across three stages, balancing range and downforce.

• 0° Angle (Default): Provides 176kg of downforce, maximizing high-speed track stability, but limits highway range.
• 5° Angle: Reduces downforce to 127.3kg, increasing actual driving range by 20km.
• 10° Angle (Eco): Reduces downforce to 75.9kg, maximizing aerodynamic efficiency and extending actual range by 24.5km.

The Track-Focused Cockpit

The interior of the SU7 Ultra remains one of the most striking in the EV industry. Featuring a vivid yellow-and-black contrast scheme, Alcantara wrapping across the dashboard and seats, and extensive use of exposed carbon fiber, the cabin feels more like a supercar than an electric sedan.

The steering wheel features a carbon fiber rim with a yellow 12-o’clock marker, flanked by red “boost” buttons designed for instant track-mode deployment.

Under the hood lies a spacious, neatly finished front trunk featuring the “Ultra” script, maintaining practicality alongside hypercar performance.
