Haval is preparing a more efficient H6L variant for mainstream family SUV buyers. Autohome reports that the Haval H6L Hi2 has appeared in MIIT filing information.
The new hybrid version keeps the front-end treatment of the gasoline H6L, while the rear follows the H6L Hi4 with a full-width taillight. Dimensions are 4,800 mm long, 1,895 mm wide and 1,730 mm tall, with a 2,810 mm wheelbase.

The powertrain uses a 1.5T hybrid system with a 115 kW engine, expected to be paired with a two-speed DHT. Autohome lists a 180 km/h top speed.
Why it matters
H6 is one of Haval’s core family SUV nameplates, so adding another hybrid route matters for defending volume as fuel-economy expectations rise.

The H6L Hi2 gives Haval another mainstream hybrid product in one of China’s most competitive SUV categories.
