Genesis is preparing a hybrid GV80 that leans heavily on cabin technology. Autohome reports that new spy photos show the Genesis GV80 Hybrid interior ahead of a second-half 2026 launch.
The cabin keeps the current GV80 layout but adds a seamless 27-inch OLED panoramic display, a newer infotainment system, faster processing, stronger voice control and OTA support.

The hybrid system is expected to combine a 2.5T turbo engine with P1 and P2 electric motors for about 362 hp and an estimated combined range of roughly 1,080 km.
Why it matters
Premium brands are using hybridization to bridge customers who want lower fuel use and longer range but are not ready to commit to a full battery-electric SUV.

GV80 Hybrid gives Genesis a more efficient flagship SUV without walking away from the model’s luxury-cabin identity.
